'May Action Items'
- Zac and Jeff: recruit state participants into the WG; status: ongoing, reaching out to MJOs and EPA for participation, EPA trying to get more commitment from regional offices; will likely be a handful of regions involved in the JTC/Workgroups
- Zac: develop the WG scope/charge; status: draft completed (see https://www.ladco.org/wiki/index.php?title=Training_Delivery_WG#Overview_and_Charge),
- Zac: develop thoughts on how to determine the effectiveness of the new eval instruments; status: ongoing, keep the evals short < 5 min; deploy electronically next time, WI has an internal training eval

- Amy: draft slides for training delivery ideas for the Communication WG leadership; status: working on slides, Amy will let us know when she’s ready to present to the Coordination Committee
- Jeff: after Amy feels ready with her slides, schedule a call with the Communication WG to hear Amy's thoughts on delivery; status: pending
'Review WG scope/charge'
- Decision system/best practices: provide recommendations, not a set in stone decision
- Answer a series of questions to get recommendations for different formats
- Need to provide a description of the tool box and the list of tools, what is each tool
- Manage expectations on the deliverable; it won't make the decision for you
- Provide comments on scope to Zac
'Status of WG Tasks 1-7'
- Not covered on this call
'Recruitment discussion'
- Not covered on this call
'Review Training Delivery Methods document'
- EPA has a contractor working on an independent eval of course delivery formats
- Chris suggested that the next product after the terminology/delivery options list is developed, should be a tool to help guide decisions on when to use each option
- Project charter at WDNR for providing recommendations on how to use the products of a project
- Could use the descriptions of the options as embedded links on the LMS describing how the course materials are configured; **Recommendation for the LMS WG: add a delivery method link to the new LMS for courses**
- Webinars are misused when they sit by themselves; used well as stand alone resources, or part of a larger curriculum with other interactive components
- Must consider resources needed to develop the materials to support different delivery options
- Chris to post delivery methods document to Sharepoint; WG members edit there
