2022 NOx and VOC Emissions Review
This report presents a comprehensive analysis of ozone precursor emissions in the six-state LADCO region for 2022, drawing on data from the U.S. EPA 2022v1 emissions modeling platform. The analysis covers nitrogen oxides (NOx) and volatile organic compounds (VOCs) across Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Minnesota, Ohio, and Wisconsin, and encompasses regional and state-level emissions totals, long-term trends from 1990 through 2024, nonattainment area (NAA) summaries, source classification code (SCC) rankings, and geospatial stationary point source characterizations for eight major metropolitan areas.
