To develop a consensus strategy for regional ozone and haze planning over the next year; explore the LADCO Project Team history and scope and discuss how to best use this forum for regional air quality planning.

Objectives

Design a FY2020 training program to meet the needs of the LADCO member states; build relationships on the LADCO Training Committee in support of collaborative training planning across the region; develop a training strategy that spends all of the training funding on the current LADCO grant by September 2020
