Who Should Attend: This course is designed for environmental professionals, LDAR technicians, EHS personnel, operations and maintenance personnel, reliability and inspection staff, plant supervisors and managers, and anyone responsible for VOC emissions compliance or conducting fugitive emissions inspections.

About the Course: This course provides a practical introduction to Volatile Organic Compound (VOC) fugitive emissions inspections. Participants will learn the principles of leak detection, inspection procedures, regulatory requirements, documentation practices, and industry best practices for identifying and managing equipment leaks as part of an effective Leak Detection and Repair (LDAR) program.

Upon completion of this course, participants will understand the purpose and importance of VOC fugitive emissions inspections, identify common emission sources and leaking components, apply inspection techniques consistent with LDAR best practices, understand the fundamentals of EPA Method 21 and applicable regulatory requirements, properly document inspection findings to support compliance efforts, and recognize appropriate corrective actions and follow-up procedures for identified leaks.
