US EPA Approved Air Quality Implementation Plans – Find any state SIP elements, organized by US EPA region.
Federal Registry Docket – Used for finding submitted documentation for notices/approvals printed in the Federal Register based on the docket number (ex: EPA-R05-OAR-2023-####). Helps with finding related SIP submittals to review their contents and to understand US EPA’s response to each states SIP elements.
US EPA SIP Processing Manual – Written for the internal US EPA review process, however it provides good insights of what they are looking at when reviewing different types of submittals.
The Clean Air Act @ US EPA – This site provides links to sections of the U.S. Code containing the amended text of the Clean Air Act.
